In Years 1 and 2, children build upon their foundation learning and begin to extend their independence. Learning is hands-on, collaborative and engaging, with students encouraged to explore the world around them and develop strong problem-solving skills. A focus on wellbeing ensures students feel supported as they continue to grow socially and emotionally.

Highlights
The junior years are filled with learning, fun, and memorable experiences. They enjoy the excitement of excursions, which give them the chance to explore the world beyond the classroom and connect their learning to real-life experiences. Just as special are the incursions, where visitors bring new skills, stories, and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and creativity. The swimming program is always a highlight, helping students grow in confidence and safety while enjoying time in the water with friends. Another much-loved event is Prayers in Pyjamas, where families come together in a relaxed and meaningful way to celebrate faith and community. It is a joy to see our Junior students learning, growing, and making treasured memories together throughout the year.
